Accordingly, NERAGROUP Joint Stock Company is the selected investor for the project. Phase I of the project will be implemented on a land area of approximately 41.5 hectares, located to the north of the N5-2 road, with an implementation timeline of 60 months from the commencement of construction.

Phase II will be carried out on a land area of approximately 15.2 hectares, located to the south of the N5-2 road, also with an implementation period of 60 months from the construction start date.

The total construction period for buildings and technical infrastructure must not exceed 84 months from the date of land handover on site. Of this, the period for completing technical infrastructure investment must not exceed 36 months from the land handover date.

The total duration to complete both phases of the project is no more than 84 months from the date of land handover on site. The technical infrastructure must be completed within 36 months.
The total investment capital for the project is nearly VND 4,500 billion.

The project’s operation duration is 50 years, starting from the date of land allocation, land lease, or land use conversion approval.
